Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are allowed for online purchases within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). All products that are being returned must be brand-new and sealed in their original packaging. Xrival Gym does not accept returns on things that are not still sealed in their original packaging since we are unable to send them back to the manufacturer for a refund. This allows us to keep our pricing low.

You need a return authorisation before you can send something back. To do this, send an email including the following details to xrivalfitness@gmail.com:

Request for a product return, subject line
Email’s body Include your full name, contact information, order number, and the justification for the return request.

The buyer is responsible for paying the return’s shipping charges. However, Xrival Gym will be liable for paying shipping and handling fees if we accidentally shipped the wrong item.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if an item is returned without first receiving a return permission. It could take up to 14 days for a refund.

Items marked “FINAL SALE” include, among other things, gloves, hand straps, heart monitors, belts, etc.

Backordered items – In the event that an order includes a backordered item, Xrival Gym reserves the right to decide how to handle the order while taking into account the estimated time of arrival (ETA), size, and weight of the backordered item(s).


Unfortunately, it is not always feasible to give an exact arrival date for the out-of-stock item(s). We will do our best to provide an ETA on backordered items.

Arrival damage – If the boxes include obvious physical signs of damage. Images should be taken, and the driver should be informed of any damaged packages. Then, to ensure that no harm was done to the equipment, the contents of the package(s) should be thoroughly examined. If the equipment was broken, kindly notify our CSR department right away so that we can file a claim with the courier. Please keep in mind that the package(s) must be preserved in their original state as the courier may need to inspect them.
