Description
Both forward and backward squat training modes are available on the Fusion Pro Series Super Squat to target the main thigh and hip muscles. The user’s course of motion is kept on an inclined plane by the wide, angled foot platform, substantially relieving pressure on the spine. When you begin training, the locking lever will automatically descend, and there is a reachable locking handle for a simple reset when you finish.
Dual Training Posture: When training with your back, back and shoulder padding offer adequate support and comfort, and the sloping plane of motion helps reduce spinal pressure. Despite the risk posed by the centre of gravity offset, a breech position farther from the gravity line can better activate the gluteal muscles when facing training.
More Focused In contrast to free weight training, the Super Squat lowers the muscle groups responsible for torso stabilisation and the direct transmission of the load to the legs and hips, which enhances the training effect.
Keeping Weight Plates
Loading and unloading weight plates is made simpler by the optimised weight plate storage, and the convenient position further improves the user experience.
The Fusion Pro Series was created using Xrival Fitness’ refined manufacturing technique and production expertise with strength training equipment. The series has one-piece bend flat oval tubes and aluminium alloy components for the first time, which significantly enhances the structure and longevity. It also inherits the Fusion Series’ all-metal design.
